About Supeet
I started running for my mental and emotional well-being. Running is like that one friend who’s always there for you, giving you a shoulder to lean on. It’s also when I feel most alive. Beyond fitness, it’s made a big difference in my discipline, daily routines, how I relate to people, and how I set and achieve personal goals— pretty much everything.
Definitely dropping from a 2h to a 1:34h in the half marathon within a year, that was
huge for me.
Core Value One
Core Value Two
Short-term, I’m aiming for a sub-35-minute 10k, a sub-1:20 half marathon, and a sub-3-hour full marathon. Long-term, I’ve got my eye on an ultra marathon
Muscle and soS 8ssue injuries have been my biggest challenges. Strength training
has been a game-changer, and I s8ck to a training rou8ne to avoid overtraining.
Recovery days are non-nego8able for me. It really helps me stay injury-free and
bounce back quicker.
Mondays are for strength training with weights, hill runs on Tuesdays, easy/recovery runs on Wednesdays, trail runs on Thursdays, tempo runs on Fridays, Saturdays are obviously for @werunnairobi group runs, and Sunday is my rest day.
Running has become so integrated into my life that I regard it as part of my
commitments. I wake up at 5 am, do my morning runs, and I’m done in 8me to start
the rest of my day.
Yes, I do. I focus on plant-based proteins, and every meal comes with a glass of mala design ya abuya masta
Stick to your plan and run your pace. Don’t get baited
